Welcome to BeInLuck. By using BeInLuck (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
BeInLuck is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The readings it shows (such as estimated heart rate, breathing rate, and eye-fatigue score) are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied on for any medical decision. If you have a health concern, always consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
BeInLuck lets you take a daily wellness check-in by reading signals from your face using your device's camera, and keeps a private history of your results. Estimates are produced by software and may be inaccurate; they are not a substitute for medical-grade equipment.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for activity that happens under your BeInLuck account.
Your privacy matters. The camera feed is processed on your device and never uploaded; we only store the numeric results and basic account info. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to BeInLuck. Your check-in data belongs to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeInLuck and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the Service or these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using BeInLuck at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
