Welcome to BeInLuck. By using BeInLuck (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
BeInLuck is a wellness ritual, not a medical device. It does not provide medical-grade heart-rate, breathing-rate, or HRV measurements. After a strict clear-capture quality gate it may show a camera pulse estimate labeled Research Beta. An extended 45–60 second capture may also show a device-derived Camera HRV (RMSSD) estimate labeled Research Beta; it is not ECG HRV and is never used as a stress, recovery, readiness, fitness, or disease score. A capture of at least 30 seconds may show a device-derived camera breathing-rate estimate labeled Research Beta; it is not clinical respiratory monitoring. Imported wearable BPM and HRV retain their provider source. Those observations, the color-response portrait, ritual history, and reflections are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be relied on for any medical decision. If you have a health concern, always consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
BeInLuck lets you take a private daily wellness check-in using an on-device camera-rhythm portrait, add your own reflection, and keep a private history of ritual participation. Camera signal processing is not a substitute for medical-grade equipment or professional assessment.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
You may continue device-only check-ins without an account. The latest seven local-calendar days remain interactive as a moving window; earlier day markers stay on the device with their values and details locked. Google Sign-In adopts and unlocks the full local device archive. If you choose Google Sign-In, you're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity that happens under your BeInLuck account. Sign-In does not upload the local archive or activate Cloud Sync. Cloud Sync requires a separate paid entitlement. The former Founding pilot is retired and no longer authorizes cloud reads or writes. Registration, device processing, and local memory remain available without Cloud Sync. Sign-In does not upload raw camera frames.
Your privacy matters. The camera feed is processed on your device and never uploaded; we store bounded ritual summaries and, only after explicit opt-in, derived Face Memory capsules. Raw video, photos, full landmark meshes, and raw waveforms are not stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to BeInLuck. Your check-in data belongs to you.
Paid plans are optional. Prices shown in the app are reference prices in U.S. dollars. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, and its secure checkout shows the final billing currency, applicable taxes, billing period, and total before you pay.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the year. You can cancel at any time using the customer-portal or subscription-management link provided by Lemon Squeezy, including the link in your payment receipt. Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period.
Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its policies and applicable law. A full refund may end paid access; a partial refund does not automatically revoke the remaining paid period. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund or cancellation rights in your country.
When paid access ends, your rhythm calendar stops growing but remains associated with your account so it can resume if you rejoin. Detailed records return to the Free retention policy, so older paid detail and matching Face Memory capsules may be deleted. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion in more detail.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeInLuck and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the Service or these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using BeInLuck at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
